Plugins for Kiln. Coming soon.

The Marketplace is where Kiln will grow beyond editing: drop-in capabilities added to a site from the Kiln menu, committed to your repo, nothing locked in. It isn't quite ready yet but here's the kind of thing we're thinking of.

In development

Forms — contact and signup forms; submissions land in your email.
Site search — instant search over your pages, built at publish time.
Comments — privacy-friendly comments, moderated from the Kiln menu.
Newsletter — signup boxes, plus "send this post" next to Publish.
Storefront — products as blocks, cart overlay, hosted checkout.
Bookings — let visitors reserve a spot at your events.
Translations — language versions side by side, AI-drafted.
Analytics — a private visitors panel in the Kiln menu, no cookie banner.
Section library — pre-built, already-editable sections to drop onto a page.

Kiln is open source (GNU AGPL-3.0), and the plugin surface is being designed in the open. If one of the ideas above is something you need — or you want to build and list one — we'd like to hear from you while the API is still taking shape.
