What it takes to start.

One thing from you, the rest from us. This route is concierge by design, so getting going is a short conversation, not a setup wizard.

1Bring a GitHub repo

An existing static site, or an empty repo you'd like us to build into. If your AI already built the site, push it to a repo and that is enough. This is the only step that is yours.

2Tell us what you want

Open a request or email us with the repo and a sentence on the site. We set up the hosting, deploy the worker, install the GitHub App on your repo, wire the editor in, and annotate your pages so they are editable.

3Get the keys and edit

We hand you the link. You sign in at yoursite.com/kiln, add your editors by Google email, and edit by clicking the page. You did not touch hosting, Cloudflare, or any config, and you never will.

You still own your content. Even though we run the hosting, the pages are plain HTML in the repo you brought. Leaving is deleting two script tags and pointing the repo at any host. There is no export, because nothing was ever locked in.
